The Yuchengco Centre
Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City
The Yuchengco Centre is a new 27-story office building located on Senator Gil J. Puyat Avenue in Makati City, developed by the House of Investments and Sojitz Corporation. Set for completion in 2026, it is designed as a modern, Grade A business hub with a focus on sustainability, aiming for LEED and WELL certifications.
The building is designed to be more than just an office space, with a grand lobby connecting to a two-story retail hub. It will also feature The Yuchengco Park, a public art space, and a three-story roof deck garden for tenants. It offers large, efficient floor plates and is strategically positioned to be highly accessible via public transportation.
